I began my medical career in a very busy cosmetic surgery center as a Surgical Medical assistant. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, assisting in the OR as well as performing the pre-op exam and post surgical care with a special focus on the skin care needs of laser skin resurfacing patients. To better serve my patients, I took advanced courses on skin care and body contouring to expand my knowledge and expertise. I fell in love with the skin care industry and have continued to expand and grow in this specialized field.
Carbossi and LED are two of the most exciting technologies I believe available today for cellulite, flaccid skin, acne, and acne scars, and even stretch marks, and when layered with other procedures will give your patients a much faster result for localized body fat and cellulite.
I have also successfully developed and expanded several MedSpa practices, taking a proactive approach in creative marketing, which has given me a unique insight on the real needs of those wanting to build an independant profit center within their practice. Because of my passion for this industry I have helped to implement medical aesthetic curriculums for aestheticians desiring to learn about medical aesthetics.
