For a little over 2 and a half years Terri Boyert has provided aesthetics training to Sleek’s Medical Director’s Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Registered Nurses for our eight locations Nation wide. Over the last 2 years I had done a lot of research and taken a couple of other Meso Courses and wasn’t happy with the side effects and was planning to remove this from my menu of services. We were fortunate enough recently to have Terri join us for some additional training with carbon dioxide therapy (CDT) to complement our patients already being treated with lipotherapy, as well as, using it in conjunction with our other skin rejuvenation modalities. The training was terrific, with Terri teaching and guiding us through more than we could have asked for.
I had previously used the CDT and was very excited for my patients to experience it. Most of these people were already in mid treatment with Lipodissolve and only received one CDT treatment. A side note: Several of my patients had been seen previously from a big “ Lipodissolve chain clinic “in Phoenix and had under gone “over 8 tortuous treatments. “ With little to no results and after just one treatment with us, incidentally we use the products and do a different technique taught to us by Terri...These same patients couldn’t believe the difference! No down time and far better results. Here are some actual patient comments:
“Less than a week later, 3 different people approached me and told me how great my skin looked and wanted to know what I was doing” from a 59 yr old female who received CDT to full face/eyes
“I have seen great results around the eyes. The fat pads under my eyes are at least half the size.” From a 40yr old male receiving Lipodissolve to fat pats under eyes
“My stretch marks on my belly look so much better in just one treatment [of CDT], when can I have another?” from a 40yr mother of twins who is receiving Lipodissolve to abs
“I can wear any bathing suit I want this year” From a 21yr old female who is being treated for cellulite to saddlebags
“My pants are loose for the first time in my thighs-EVER” from a 32yr old female receiving Lipodissolve to posterior thighs
“Those ugly red veins are gone from around my nose and mouth” from a 50yr old female treated with full face/eyes with an emphasis on telangiectasias

I wanted to take the time to thank you for the awesome training in Lipodissolve and Botox I received as well as my colleges.
Terri not only helped fine-tune our Botox skills but also helped to give our clinics a competitive edge in our community. In fact our best spokes persons have been patients from other Med spa’s in our area who had stopped doing their Lipodissolve sessions because of the negative side effects most commonly associated with Lipodissolve and Mesotherapy.
These same patients have been telling everyone to come to us! Not only were they getting better results but without the side effects! You can’t beat that kind of free advertisement.
Terri taught us a different injection technique than any other trainer teaches in the States thereby reducing significantly the bruising and swelling, and gave us the contact information of a vendor who has the only phosphatidylcholine
(PPC) that is used for all cocktails for the lyses of the fat. Without the negative side affects as other PPC vendors. She had stated for years she was trying vendor after vendor and was about to quit training in Lipodissolve and then 2 years ago discovered them! Although, just as important she helped us to understand
“ The rhyme and reason” behind the cocktail.

We are a clinic of 5 physicians and four nurses with absolutely no background in the skin care industry here in Guam. It was a 20 hour flight here for Terri but you would have never known it judging by her humor and enthusiasm. After we recently purchased an Intense Pulse Light system on eBay for hair removal, we did our research in finding training. Terri came highly recommended. We checked her references and decided to use her. This might have been the best business decision we have made yet. Terri's knowledge of Intense Pulse Light is remarkable. When she arrived at our salon, our machine that had just been delivered the day before, wasn't working. The person that sold us the machine said it would be ready to go when we got it. Terri herself fixed our machine and we got on with the training (A repair that would have cost us well over the amount of her fee!). She showed us that the machine could do so much more than we thought it could. She was patient with us (we're not medical people) and walked us through the things we didn't quite understand the first time around. She has also been there for us after the training to answer questions. An absolute asset.

Terri trained my clinic staff on the photo rejuvenation technique known as "Photo Facial" in the summer of 2001. She proved to be extremely knowledgeable in both the art and science of application. Although personally using an Epilight, she was able to quickly adapt to the different parameters of our Photoderm. What impressed me most was her ability to integrate both the technical aspects of IPL for enhanced results with innovative marketing strategies for practice and development. I completed a two-day course of training in the use of the Intense Pulse Light device and specifically in its use for Photorejuvination conducted by Terri Boyert. The course was a delight! I learned everything I needed to know about Botox and Collagen techniques and we went through some marketing ideas that were very successful in my practice.
The didactic portion was in depth. I had never used IPL equipment before, but the training included key-on to key-off basics of operation. I feel I gained a good working knowledge of the equipment. In the hands-on practice treatment of the course I had a good number and mix of patients and the training time was well filled with treating patients under close supervision. After experiencing these treatment sessions I felt comfortable treating patients when I returned home.
As pert of the training, I had photo facial procedure done on myself. After the procedure I treated patients the rest of the day and was reassured no one noticed anything amiss about my face. I can tell patients confidently "NO down time" I would recommend that anyone setting out to do these treatments to have it done on them. You don't quite know what the experience is like for the patience until you experience it yourself. It was not painful, but it is intense and does get your full attention.
Terri is very knowedgable and has had long experience with this equipment and these procedures. Her training course was excellent and was a pleasure to participate in. I would recommend this training wholeheartedly. If there are any further questions about this training, I would be glad to answer them.

I met Terri as a patient at Partington Plastic Surgery over two years ago. As a patient I was impressed with Terri's knowledge in general overall skin care. Terri educated me on the different skin care treatments that would help treat my sun damaged skin. As Terri preformed the photo facial on me week after week, I began to understand what an incredible asset she was to the team at Partington. Terri has the ability to be very personable with her patients and manage many other business tasks at the same time.
After having such a positive experience with Terri, I decided to talk with her about the possibility of advertising on the radio for the clinic. Terri took the ball and ran with it. She worked closely with Dr. Partingon on a strategic plan to market the clinic. Terri did a great job on creating a marketing campaign that involved direct mail, radio and other grass root marketing efforts that that resulted in revenue for the clinic. Terri made sure that Dr. Partington's clinic was at the NW Woman's show. She also recruited me to help out at the show as I watched Terri do her magic. She was incredible when it came to dealing with every person that came to the booth. Terri herself was responsible for the majority of revenue for the practice. The clinic is just not the same now without her.
